It depends on the scope. A full scale renovation typically takes 8–12 months from the start of design through to installation. New builds can run longer. We are transparent about timelines from the start + work closely with our contractor network to keep projects on track.

HOW DO YOU KEEP A PROJECT ON BUDGET?

Clarity from the start. We define scope up front, track design + project management hours against it, and flag early if anything is trending over. Invoicing every two months keeps you informed throughout, and we review each trade’s work against the approved design so surprises are caught before they become costly.

CAN YOU HELP BEFORE WE BUY?

Yes. We offer pre-purchase walkthroughs for buyers across the GTA, often alongside their real estate agent. We’ll assess a property’s potential, flag what it would realistically take to transform it, and help you decide with confidence before you commit.
